2nd Annual Quran Competition
A Celebration of Faith, Talent, and Community
After the remarkable success of our first event, The D.E.E.N. Youth Project is thrilled to present our 2nd Annual Quran Competition, focused exclusively on Tilawah (recitation). Last year, dozens of talented youth inspired us with their heartfelt recitations. This year, we're building on that momentum with even greater enthusiasm for a day of inspiration, celebration, and spiritual growth.
Open to youth ages 7–20, this competition offers a unique opportunity to deepen you connection with the Quran and showcase your recitation talent. A panel of qualified experts in Tajweed and fluency will judge the competition.
Competition Requirements:

Participants must be between 7 and 20 years old.

Participants must be residents of British Columbia (BC).

Awards:
Top performers in each category will receive special awards and recognition at the Finals ceremony.

Eligibility: Qualifying participants from Round 1 only.
The top 40 contestants from this round will be invited to perform in the Live Final.

Format: Live stage performance in front of judges and an audience.
Date: April 26,, 2026 from 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
